Five Tips to Build Self Confidence

Confidence is one of the hardest attributes to attain. And even when one manages to attain it, keeping it can be difficult as well. We will be discussing five ways that will help you increase your personal confidence.
Don’t Be Quiet: Attaining confidence doesn’t require you to become a chatty Kathy. However, it does require that you speak up even when you do not feel like it. If you are a student, make it a point to raise your hand and ask or answer a question in class. If you work, be sure to offer your opinion when asked, or offer a suggestion that will make the company better. In your personal relationships, don’t be afraid to speak up if you feel offended or run over. Talk even when you do not feel like it. Don’t be afraid of being judged, you have a right to speak your mind.
